Ordering, Delivery & Privacy
At MikaMeek, these experiences are personal. Here's what to expect when you purchase a consultation or a personalized Cosmic Code book.
Books and delivery
Each book is customized from the birth details you submit. Accurate birth date, time, and place matter; missing or approximate information can limit parts of an astrology book. Human Design books require an accurate birth time.
Digital editions are generally sent by email within 10–14 business days after complete information and confirmed payment. Printed editions are generally submitted for production in 15–20 business days, followed by approximately 5–10 business days for standard U.S. delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. We will contact you if we need clarification or anticipate a delay.
Prices for printed books include standard shipping within the United States. Stripe Checkout collects your shipping address. For print orders outside the U.S., please contact Mika before purchasing.
Sessions and scheduling
Session payment is collected before private scheduling. After payment is confirmed, Mika reviews your intake and contacts you by email to coordinate your private video session. Purchasing a session does not automatically reserve a particular date or time. Please inquire first if your availability is limited.
If you need to reschedule, contact Mika as early as possible. Scheduling changes and any cancellation or refund requests are handled individually.
Refunds, order concerns, and corrections
Because personalized books are created specifically for one reader, contact Mika promptly if an order contains an error or you need to request a change. Refund requests are reviewed based on the order's production stage and applicable law. If a printed edition arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact Mika with photos so we can discuss a correction or replacement. For consultations, contact Mika if you need to change your appointment or have concerns with the experience.
Personal information
Before purchase, your Sun/Moon/Rising calculation runs in your browser. If you continue to an order page, your birth details may be temporarily prefilled from your current browser session. This is not a MikaMeek customer account.
When you submit a purchase, MikaMeek stores your name, email, birth information, optional notes, selected product, and payment status so Mika can prepare and fulfill your order. Birth information is sensitive personal data. Access to order records is restricted to Mika's private management area. Stripe receives the information necessary to process payment and, for printed books, your delivery address. MikaMeek does not collect or store full card numbers. Information may be retained for order support and legal recordkeeping; contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion, subject to obligations to retain some records.

Astrology, tarot, and Human Design are symbolic, educational, and reflective practices. They do not provide diagnoses, medical or psychological treatment, legal or financial advice, guaranteed predictions, or a substitute for appropriate licensed support. You remain responsible for your decisions.
